I offer 1:1 or small group sessions within the gym environment to help you achieve and surpass your goals. Personal Training is available to men and women and of all abilities. As a Sports Therapist also, I am able to cater for clients with specific injuries (please contact me to discuss your injury prior to booking personal training).
I wish to assist clients with achieving their goals without the need for endless hours in the gym or a highly restrictive diet! In fact, I do not wish to promote the word ‘diet’ at all. I offer advice on how to make your nutrition fulfilling, interesting and specific to your goal!
